Before you fork over the cash, you want to make sure that you are buying from an honest seller, at the same time, you want to insure that you are receiving genuine tickets and that they are what you are looking for as far as seating goes. There are several steps you can take to make sure that you are getting what you are paying for.
One of the most important things for any ticket buyer to do before forking over cash is checking out the seller. eBay offers a great seller feedback program and rating program that will help you in deciding if this is the seller for you. Look at their history, have they sold tickets before? Look at their feedback; were they prompt and honest with their buyers? Did buyers get what they paid for?
The eBay feedback system is designed to protect the ticket buyer, so use it. Make sure that you're buying tickets from someone who has positive feedback with an overall rating of 97% to 100%. Buying from someone with one or two bad reviews amongst hundreds isn't necessarily a sign of a bad seller - it's more likely a case or two of a bad buyer.
